Siddur

If you have a Tehillat Hashem siddur you'd find this text at the end, in the Torah readings section, specifically the Chanukah Torah readings.

Helpful

This was so helpful to me i didn't know about saying this until this year when i got the e-mail from chabad. And the Yehi Razton at the end my father didn't know about it and now he said it along with the pesukem, Thanks CHABAD!!!!! :)
